I had a great experience with this company. Did a full re-roof on our 2 story home.
I was coming off a bad roofing experience with a different company a couple of years ago. This experiment was light years better.

The roof came out amazing. There were a couple of small aesthetic issues with the gutters, but the owner of the company came and fixed the issues himself. I would highly recommend them to family and friends looking for a fair price and quality work!

Tri-City put a new roof of my rental house in Fremont and repaired termite damage. Great work, cleaned up after. Looked so good, neighbors all asked how much it cost.

They also found a mysterious leak in my house in Pleasanton and fixed it in no time. Great guys and again cleaned up after themselves.

I checked out a lot of roofers and got 6 estimates before proceeding. I know six estimates seem like overkill but I found with each estimate I got I learned more about the process. I had it narrowed down to two excellent companies. Tri-city and Century! Both of these companies would have been excellent choices. The reason I went with TRI CITY may not have been your choice but because of my circumstances I really didn’t need to last 50 years and since my main income is Social Security I needed to keep the price a low as possible with fewer compromises! Back in Jan/Feb when it rained a lot, one of our skylights leaked.  Frantically called several roofers, Tri-City was the only one willing to come out to check it in 3 days while others would want us to wait 1-2 weeks.  

When Greg showed up as scheduled, he immediately went up on the roof and found the clogging around the skylight caused by moss growth which leads to rainwater buildup and leaking through.  He fixed the problem for us and our skylight has been free of leaking since then.  I also like there is always someone in their office working as a liaison between the customer and Greg.  It makes communication so much easier.  

We recommend Tri-City roofing and would use them again for roof repairs and remodeling.

With roofer stating is siding/caulking issues & the water damage company insisting it is the roof – time to call for another opinion/roofer – it had been pouring past several weeks

Marco from Tri-City responded and took a quick look said we got to open the ceiling sheetrock to figure out what’s going on – under 10 minutes he said conclusively it is a plumbing leak !!

Well seeing that my roof was replaced in 2011 and I still have them come to give the roof a once over and clean the gutters yearly. I think that speaks volumes.
Not only have I had TriCity replace my roof… But they are now my Dad’s go-to roofing needs company. AND I have referred them to my friends to use. The best review a company can get is someone continuing to be a customer and referring others to use their business.
PS – They even work with my dogs. With a little scheduling heads up and information on the dogs, the company and workers are very accommodating!!

Greg came out to meet me and we went over what would be done. I did mention that I had a problem area and maybe the wood would need to be replaced. He said once the roof would be stripped and he would share his finding and all repairs would be made to code. His price was competitive and expected results would be to what I expect.

I couldn’t be happier with the result. We had it done in summer and we are coming close to a year. Yes, I waited on my review only because I wanted to see how the roof would withhold the rain. With climate change, my roof has held up superb. Me and my neighbor are two happy customers.
One advantage of having an excellent roof Is I’m always a high candidate for solar panels. Every solar salesperson who walks the street says your roof quality makes us good candidates. I can smile and yes, I know.

I am writing this review today to share an experience of extraordinary customer service. After roofing my home, I discovered what potentially could be a warranty issue. I called the company and got a warm response and a visit to my home from the owner. After reviewing the work, the owner, without hesitation, got his foreman over to take care of it. Then, when I inspected the work when I got home, I had questions. Again, I was met with prompt and courteous service. They again came back on time and repaired it professionally and quickly without issue.

Sometimes, you learn more about a company when there is a problem then if there were no problem at all. I would highly recommend Tri-City roofing for the way that they handled my project.

Getting a new roof was something that I had dreaded for nearly two decades due to the expense and hassle. Turns out I was worried for nothing: Tri-City Roofing made it easy. The staff on the phone was always available and able to answer all my questions and explain the options. When I had questions about colors and cool roofing options they were helpful and provided addresses for other homes they had recently completed in my area.  They even suggested I visit their supplier (who had good things to say about them as well). The estimate was prompt and fair; the crews cleaned up the site daily and I couldn’t have been happier with their service. The roof looks beautiful and they also installed a new solar attic fan which will be a big help when it is hot next summer. Plus, I don’t have to think about a new roof for 40 years!

Greg Glaeser (owner) personally came out to our property and gave us an estimate with his suggestions. He and his office staff always responded quickly to any questions and the job was done within weeks of signing the agreement. All work was done as promised and in a neat and timely manner.
